Welcome to RESCUE Retailer, your first step in creating “digital” word-of-mouth and improving in-store customer service. RESCUE Retailer is the companion mobile application to RESCUE Consumer. When used in conjunction with RESCUE Consumer, retailers can use RESCUE Retailer to:

· Grow market share by managing retail DEALS posted to the RESCUE Consumer smartphone app;

· Respond in real-time to in-store consumer service requests;

· Execute limited POS fulfillment functions;

· Assign and track employee work tasks; and
